Relay Meet Saturday Warm-Up 8:00
Parents,
Tigershark swimmers should be on the Fowler deck in their suits at 8:00 AM for short stretching session and then warm ups until 8:40. The meet starts at 10:00 AM
This will be a fun meet with nothing but relays, and we will be competing again Manchester and Tullahoma swim clubs.
Since this is a fairly short meet you may only need to bring water or fruit juices (please no carbonated, sugary drinks) for your swimmer to stay hydrated. If your swimmer gets hungry during a two to three hour period, I would ask you to please stay away from candy. See if they will eat fruit like apples, raisins, cuties or Veges like carrots, celery or Snack bars with carbs.
Also a good night sleep and a good breakfast will help their performance.
